In July 2018, 702 full-time and part-time music and art teachers from the three counties of Xiongan New Area participated in the first phase of teacher training. After the music training, the participating teachers went back to their schools to form choirs, and the student choirs in the three counties of Xiongan developed from more than 30 to more than 100. After the art training, Hefeng collected more than 300 feed-backs from teachers on the "New Art Classroom" art appreciation video class, and after the training, two elementary school in Xiongan County used the "Dual-teacher Classroom" teaching mode of the New Art Classroom as a pilot program.

In July 2019, 407 full-time and part-time music and art teachers from the three counties of Xiongan New Area participated in the second teacher training.The music training invited the team of Prof. Li Gang, deputy dean of the School of Music of Capital Normal University, to provide both theoretical and practical training and guidance for full-time and part-time music teachers in the three counties; The art training invited a team of experts and teachers in the field of art education from the Capital Normal University and the Teaching and Research Center to provide in-depth training and guidance to the full-time and part-time art teachers of the three counties from three modules, including art education theory classes, art skills training and sharing of cases of excellent art classes.

In July 2023, 176 music and art teachers from the three counties of Xiongan New Area, 10 from Baoding, and 15 from Lhasa participated in the third teacher training.In addition to the training, the Hefeng, together with the expert consultants of Capital Normal University, continuously polished the curriculum to provide high-quality training content for music and art teachers in the three counties, and set up the "Hefeng Rural Aesthetic Education Workshop", relying on the resources of the Hefeng to assist the Bureau of Education to carry out the work of aesthetic education in the county, and to play the exemplary role of the local aesthetic education teacher leaders, and to jointly assist the development of aesthetic education in the new district.
