Beijing Hefeng Art Foundation was founded on May 7th,2013 and registered with the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau. Hefeng is an independent nonprofit charity organization launched by a group of art lovers who also care for the common wealth in China. It was the first non-government foundation in China with a mission of art education, art popularization and art promotion. In 2016, Hefeng received a 4A grading from the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau in its China Social Organization Evaluation Grade.
